Campus@Sea is about joint innovation for the sustainable, multi use of the North Sea. Providing a meeting place for impact makers with innovative ideas and housing for maritime businesses wanting to learn and innovate. Here, education and research institutions work together with businesses, government and social organisations.
Sharing knowledge, conducting a dialogue and innovating aimed at facilitating multi use of the sea. Like floating solar panels or seaweed farming in offshore wind farms. Campus@Sea connects various initiatives, ensuring that joint innovations can continue developing and we set change in motion.
Responsible use of the North Sea requires new technologies; these come from cooperation between different parties.
Campus@Sea facilitates this cooperation within five domains: renewable offshore energy, sustainable food from the sea, marine nature development, safety & security at sea and water sports.
Within these domains, Campus@Sea brings together companies, research and educational institutions, government and civil society organisations (environment).
